1. Purpose of Hello Chomi​

 

Hello Chomi acts solely as a marketplace and marketing platform. We showcase and promote smallbusinesses across social media and other digital platforms to connect customers with serviceproviders and product sellers. We do not provide the services or products listed, guarantee the

quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any business, service, or product, or act as an agent, partner, or representative of the listed businesses.​

 

2. Business Listings​

 

Businesses listed on Hello Chomi are selected through a vetting and review process. While we takereasonable steps to feature reliable businesses, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, oroutcomes of any business listed. Businesses remain fully responsible for the services/products theyprovide and for compliance with applicable laws.​

 

3. Customer Responsibilities​

 

You are responsible for verifying the suitability of a business before engaging with them. Anyagreements, payments, or disputes are strictly between you and the business. Hello Chomi will not be liable for losses, damages, fraud, poor service, or disputes arising from your dealings with businesses listed on our platform.​

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

​Hello Chomi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or dealings with listed businesses. By using Hello Chomi, you acknowledge and accept that all business engagements are at your own risk.​

 

5. Intellectual Property​

 

All Hello Chomi branding, logos, and content are the property of Hello Chomi and may not be used without permission. Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, names, and content providedfor listing.​

 

6. Privacy​

 

We may collect limited personal information to operate our platform (e.g., contact details when making inquiries). We will not sell or misuse personal information and will comply with SouthAfrica’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).​

 

7. Changes to Terms​

 

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will beposted publicly, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall besubject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
